Glastonbury will always be primarily a music festival. That means that the only way to really experience it for real is to be there. But many obsessives over the years have been making films of it anyway, and if you haven't got a ticket then the next best thing is to watch it on a small screen in the comfort of your own home. DO NOT COME WITHOUT A TICKET, you will have a miserable time when you could be at home watching the highlights instead of attempting to blag your way out of the back of a security landrover with some big scary blokes. I've seen them and they scare me!

Technology hasn't left Glastonbury behind though and not only can you listen on your wireless set courtesy of our friends at Radio 1, and watch the television both on BBC2 and the new freeview channnels BBC3 & BBC4, but our friends at Playlouder with Freeserve will be webcasting 12 main stage acts as well as a number short films about the lesser known areas of the festival, interviews and ambience.

We hope you enjoy the tele-digital experience.
