Crime and Security

The Festival is a magical place in a beautiful setting with fantastic music, amazing food and diverse social groups. 100,000 plus ticket holders in 900 acres of farmland. It is a time to relax and enjoy yourselves. HOWEVER, some people attending do not have this view – they will try to disrupt your enjoyment by committing crime – maybe against you or your friends if you give them a chance. Take the advice given and reduce this opportunity. A crime free Festival will ensure that there will be one next year. Take care and enjoy!

Please visit the Avon and Somerset Police website if you require any further advice or need reassurance on any personal safety or security issues you may have – they have put together a superb Glastonbury Festival advice page.
