Dearly beloved we are gathered...
Today was a day of firsts at Glastonbury. The first wedding of this year's festival, a first for bride and groom and the first ceremony presided over by Reverend BA from the Church of the Sub-Genius.

The happy couple, Ritchie 22 and Kat 19 of Tooting South London, chose to tie the knot in the middle of the Tipi field. "The stone circle is too full of drunk twats whereas this is more peaceful", said the Groom. Surrounded by a small circle of friends and a larger group of curious onlookers, Ritchie and Kat pledged to honour each other 'as long as their mutual love unites them'.

Rev BA explained the details of the marriage, a blend of Paganism and his own religious doctrine. "The marriage lasts for a year and a day and they renew their vows over the next three years. So after three years and three days the marriage is eternal." Despite the obvious outclause, the marriage is legally binding, allegedly.
We wish the couple every happiness and success!
