Gently leaving the hills
Green Glastonbury has banned the use of polystyrene and insists on recyclable materials as much as possible, which is where you can come in.
Help the Litter Crew keep the festival litter-free by collecting rubbish around your campsite and using the appropriate bags and bins. Bin bags are freely available from Information Points.
Wildlife care
The River Whitelake tinkles through this beautiful farm, into which all the ditches and streams drain. It's a lovely little river which teems with wildlife, all too easily poisoned, so please only use the provided loos and washing sites. Think of the gentle cows returning to graze and of the emerging badgers - imagine it to be your garden and your dining table.
Do your bit, considerately, in the right place.
This Fine Guide is compiled by Mid-Somerset CND's Festival Information Service - bringing you a hassle-free Festival and a safer world.
We wish you a wild and wonderful time!
The paper version of this Fine Guide is printed on environmentally friendly paper.
