Josh rocks it
The prize for most distinctive haircut at Glastonbury must go to Josh Wink. The affable American's trademark blond dreads have mutated into a bizarre tufty, bushy affair. Out of the limelight somewhat since the heady days of Don't Laugh and Higher State Of Consciousness, Wink is preparing to return with some stonking new material. And he hasn't lost his touch behind the decks: he simply rocked the cavernous dance tent.
Wink played a surprisingly varied set: kicking off with clean, minimal, breakbeaty tech-house, he veered, unexpectedly, into latin-inflected, garagey territory before Slam's Positive Education kicked off a period of old hands-in-the-air classics.
