The Frames

You've been Framed!

The Frames are an alternative pop band hailing from Dublin and lead by gifted singer/songwriter Glen Hansard.

Hansard is perhaps best known for co-starring in Alan Parker's 1991 hit film The Commitments. He formed the Frames in that same year and after a raft of line-up and label changes has gone on to release seven studio albums with the band.

Their set tonight was tight and consistent. Hansard has some great musicians at his side and he leads them and the crowd exceptionally well.

His delivery is passionate and he takes us on an emotional roller coaster of fragility, pain but ultimately hope. This was a spirited performance.
