Har Mar Superstar

Over-sexed and Over Here
Other Stage - Friday
Fresh from delivering his very own green piece during back-to-back gigs at the likes of Manumission in Ibeefa and, er, Robinson College in Cambridge, Superstar Sean took to the Other Stage to get this three-day party started.
Minnesota’s favourite son jumped on stage flanked by five lovely ladies smuggled back in his hand luggage from a certain Spanish island and proceeded to remind everyone why we’re here – to have fun.
Obviously a fan of the great Danes, Junior Senior, Har Mar Superstar put on offer a two-finger salute to the marketing departments of the major labels and sold himself with exuberant confidence, in much the same way that 1970’s porn legend Ron Jeremy got all the ladies.
Promoting his You Can Feel Me album, he certainly picked the best tracks, hitting a peak during the current single Power Lunch, which received huge cheers from the crowd as the Manumission girlies removed his trousers.
A pair of red knickers thrown from the crowd was all the man needed to fire up the show, placing them over his Har Mar Superskids, standing on his head and claiming he was “the f***ingbest.com.f**kyeah.” Who’s to argue?
Despite the karaoke backing track, you know that the musicians who were unable to make it include Frank Zappa on guitar, Stevie Wonder on keyboards and that drummer bloke from Incubus.
Har Mar Superstar; underrated, over-sexed and over here.
